- athens is swarming with rooftop bars but it is hard to find one which is unique but we have found it
- By far the best cocktails, the best view and the BEST vibe
- this place gets very busy so you definitely need to book
- we enjoyed it most late afternoon/early evening when the DJ was playing
- make sure you get a photo on the flower swing with the acropolis in the background

- this place is buzzing with locals, tourists anyone and everyone
- from glitter faced bartenders, to banging tambourines, to a rope swinging above the bar to hang from – this place is CRAZY
- from the outside it seems like it is dead inside but most nights it is heaving
- it is the best vibe in athens but you can not book and the outside seating on the street is super cute too
- go a bit earlier to guarantee a spot or flutter your eyelids to doris at the door and she may let you in

- one that can go totally missed – but we promise you this place is one of our favourites in athens
- the views of the acropolis are unbelievable and the vibe here is really good
- on weekends they have a DJ and by day the terrace is a great place to catch some sun and have a drinkthe bar is owned seperately to the hostel so the crowd is fully mixed

- in the super local area of Kolonaki, this place is buzzing with locals as soon as you walk in the bar you are transported to New Orleans and the decor is incredible the music is not live but it sounds like it is and the vibe is incredible the rum old fashioned is a must!

- we stumbled across this gorgeous little bar at night and it was a sight for sore eyes
- they have gorgeous little tables stuck on top of the roadside bollards with candles and a road side bar with seating
- buzzing with locals especially during the week
- the sangria is UNBELIEVABLE! You must try it
