Crossroads 

This place is hidden down a small staircase in an old public WC – this magical little oasis is definitely a place to check out. Bart is the king of sustainability and makes a conscious effort to use all parts of his ingredients to create something to ensure there is no waste. He has the most creative cocktails, the staff have a vibrant personality and when you’re here you’re welcomed into the local neighbourhood. 

Lounge Bohemia

The first challenge is finding this place, but once you do you’ll be pleasantly surprised. They have a 6 course tasting cocktail menu where the cocktails will come in different forms from liquids, to solids, to gas. This unusual little joint is hard to find online and isn’t featured on many ‘go to’ lists at all, they prefer to keep themselves on the down low but we do have to tell you about them because otherwise you’ll be missing out! The website doesn’t tell you much at all but make sure you WhatsApp the number to book, this isn’t a turn up type of place. 

Bandra Bhai 

This place is one of our favourite finds & now they have live music on the weekends! The place feels like you’ve entered a secret den in the plush part of India. The detail in the interior is incredible and the vibe is exactly like a speakeasy. We have to name drop Pahli Hill which is the restaurant upstairs, because the food is delicious and you can order some parts of the menu to the den too! This is a MUST go!
